How do I make a purchase from Abzoo?

It's quite simple, we offer five ways for you to make a purchase. Each one will also provide a unique order confirmation notification:

  • In office - If you are visiting one of our physician locations, you can purchase the product directly from us there. We have attending medical office locations offering plastic surgery, ear nose and throat medicine, and facial reconstructive surgery in Lincoln, Nebraska and San Jose, California. Please note, all in office purchases will be charged sales tax. We also offer a discount on our products if you are seen by one of our physicians. In our medical facility, you can obtain a Botox and/or Juviderm treatment, purchase Latisse, or buy Vivite products.   • Online - Abzoo sells Vivite products on several websites. You can purchase Vivite by placing your selected product into your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout process.
  • By Telephone - You can contact us at anytime, 24 hours per day, every day of the year on our toll free phone number: 1-888-95-ABZOO which is 1-888-952-2966. The call is free, and you can speak to our customer service agents at any time. Customer service is handled by doctors during normal Pacific Time business hours. This is Monday through Friday between 10AM PST to 6PM PST and talking to a doctor is always free for our Abzoo Club customers.
  • By Fax Machine - You can print out the Abzoo Fax Order Page by clicking here or you can just go through the checkout process and print out a copy of your shopping cart and faxing it in. Please include your payment method and credit card number and sign the form. We will process your order immediately upon receipt. All faxes are electronically sent to our finance department and are handled with strict confidentiality and adherence to security policies. You will receive a confirmation either by fax, if you provide a fax number, or by telephone.
  • By US Mail - You can print out the Abzoo Fax Order Page by clicking here or you can just go through the checkout process and print out a copy of your shopping cart and sending it in. If you choose to pay with a check, please include the check with your order form. If you want to pay with your credit card, just fill out the credit card info and sign the form. Where is my order?

You may check the status of your order by logging into your account by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top of the page and then, once logged into your account, clicking on the REVIEW ORDERS/TRACK PACKAGES ink to view all of your orders. Once you have identified the order you would like a status on, click on the VIEW OR CHANGE ORDER button. Your tracking information will be at the top of the order screen. Just click on the TRACK YOUR PACKAGE link to see your package status. You may also contact Abzoo Customer Service Team by calling toll free, 1-888-95-ABZOO (22966).

How can I track my order?

For all orders and shipments, you can check the status of your order's progress to you by following the instructions on the FAQ under question Where is my order. You may also email us directly at customerservice@abzoo.com and include your order number on the email. We respond to emails within a four hour period. You can also call us toll free, 1-888-95-ABZOO (22966) to speak to Abzoo Customer Service about your order. We will promptly provide you with your tracking number and expected delivery date.

How can I add or remove a product from my order?

Once your order has been placed, you may always go back into your account and change, add or remove products from your order. To do this, once in your account, there is a link on the right column titled: CHANGE QUANTITIES/CANCEL ORDERS. At this screen, select the order you wish to change and then proceed to adjust your quantities or add additional products. To remove a product, change the quantity to 0 or select the product and click on delete. Once your order has shipped however, you are no longer able to adjust or change your order. Please contact us by telephone by calling toll free, 1-888-95-ABZOO (22966) or send an email to customerservice@abzoo.com with your change requests. Please include your order number in your email.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

Abzoo will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email immediately when your order has shipped. This email will provide you with a tracking number and the carrier selected for your order. Please keep in mind however that it may take up to twelve hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's website. This occurs if the carrier has not picked up the product or if the package has not yet reached its first scanning facility.

What do I do if I have not received a Shipping Confirmation from Abzoo?

You should first check the SPAM filter of your email program. Sometimes Abzoo emails are blocked by your provider's filter. To keep this from happening, add info@abzoo.com to your email address book. Abzoo suggests that you log into your account. Once in your account, you can select the REVIEW ORDERS/TRACK PACKAGES link and select the order you are wanting the confirmation for. Once in the order, at the top of the page, you will see the order status. If it has shipped, it will be labeled SHIPPED and tracking information as well as carrier information will be provided. You may also click on the TRACK MY PACKAGE link to be immediately provided with tracking information on your package. If you have any additional questions or want to speak to us directly, you can email customerservice@abzoo.com or call us toll free at 1-888-95-ABZOO (22966). Please have your order number ready for us to speed through the process and also include that in your email to us.

How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has been shipped?

There are many ways to determine how long your order will take to arrive once shipped. This depends on the level of service that you select when you choose which shipping option for your order. Abzoo offers several different shipping service levels that will get your order to you within one to five business days.
  • Overnight service - Shipping time for this level of service is one business day. If your order is placed after the Overnight Cutoff Time (OCT) of 5PM Pacific Time, your order will ship the next day and will take one business day from the shipping point.
  • Two day service - Shipping time for this level of service is two business days. If your order is placed after the Two Day Cutoff Time of 7:30PM Pacific Time, your order will ship the next day and will take two business days from the shipping point.
  • Three day service - Shipping time for this level of service is three business days. If your order is placed after the Three Day Cutoff Time of 7:30PM Pacific Time, your order will ship the next day and will take three business days from the shipping point.
  • Priority Expedited Shipping - Shipping time for this level of service is one to three business days. If your order is placed after the Priority Cutoff Time of 7:00PM Pacific Time, your order will ship the next day and will take one to three business days from the shipping point.
  • Standard shipping service - Shipping time for this level of service is one to five business days. If your order is placed after the standard shipping time cutoff of 8:30PM Pacific Time, your order will ship the following day and will take one to five business days to arrive from the shipping point.

Does Abzoo ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. There are some products however, that we are not able to ship outside of the United States. This is caused by limitations set up by the manufacturer. We must adhere to these international shipping limitations in order to provide the broad range of products that we provide. We comply with all manufacturer requirements. If there is a product that you would like to order and there is an international limitation on the product, often shipping to a relative in the United States is a good solution.

How much does it cost to ship my order internationally?

Abzoo provides one flat rate shipping charge for orders that are to ship internationally. All orders leaving the United States are shipped UPS International Express with tracking and insurance. Please visit our shipping rate page to find out more information on international shipping rates and timeframes.

Does Abzoo include all customs fees, duties, and import taxes in my order total?

Abzoo has no way of controlling the fees and charges associated with sending your package to an address outside of the United States. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are set by the destination country. Each country has its own fees for this. For this reason, Abzoo is unable to calculate any duties, fees, and import taxes. These charges remain the responsibility of customer that is importing the products purchased through Abzoo.

Are there charges for sales taxes on my orders?

Abzoo does collect sales taxes on orders that are addressed in the state of Nebraska. Any orders outside of Nebraska do not pay a sales tax. Sales taxes in Nebraska are charged at the current Nebraska sales and use tax rate.

When is my credit card charged?

Abzoo charges your credit card for the full amount of the order at the time that your order ships.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, of course you can cancel your order. While we would hate to see you do that, we offer a simple order cancellation process that can be done from within your account. Simply log into your Abzoo account and click on the CHANGE QUANTITIES/CANCEL ORDERS link. Once there, select the order you wish to cancel and select the CANCEL ORDER button. Your order will be immediately cancelled and a request to cancel the charge authorization to your method of payment will be immediately initiated. You can also cancel your order by contacting us at customerservice@abzoo.com and include the order number or, for quick service, you can contact us by telephone, toll free, 1-888-95-ABZOO (22966).

How do I initiate a return for an order or products that I do not want to keep?

The return process with Abzoo is very easy and hopefully painless. Contact customer service by emailing us at customerservice@abzoo.com or calling us toll free at 1-888-95-ABZOO (22966). Please have your order number ready when calling or include it in your email. We will make the return process as effortless as possible as long as it falls within the return policy guidelines.

I refused a package and wanted a refund to my credit card. Why didn't I get my full refund?

Abzoo will gladly accept refused packages as a return. Abzoo will charge a nominal fee of $15.00 to any package that is refused and returned to us. This covers the costs associated with this type of unplanned service change. You can visit our shipping rate page for more detailed information.

What are Abzoo promotion codes and Abzoo coupons?

From time to time, Abzoo issues promotion codes, which are like online coupons or rebates, to our customers that are members of our Abzoo Club. These coupons and promotion codes can be used at anytime, prior to their expiration, for any order amount, specific to the terms and conditions of the code or coupon. On your order, there is an easy entry box where you can type in your coupon code or promotional code. How do I get Abzoo promotions or Abzoo coupons?

Members of our Abzoo Club regularly will get emails or mailings that will contain deals, coupons, and promotional codes. I received an email from Abzoo. What are these emails?

Abzoo will periodically email our customers with deals, news about the products that they have ordered, and promotional codes for discounts on future orders.

I dont want to receive any emails from Abzoo. How do I stop the emails?

You can unsubscribe from our emails and stop receiving our promotional emails by sending an email to us at customerservice@abzoo.com. Please let us know you want to opt-out of any future emails. We will gladly remove you from our email list.

What is the Abzoo Auto Refill Program?

Abzoo offers an exciting and easy way to make sure you always have the Vivite products you need. We offer a 30 day and 60 day automatic refill program. Products are shipped to you at the interval that you have selected, and your credit card on file is charged at the time of shipping.
